Ideal Nutrition and Fitness LLC offers several different nutrition and fitness services designed to meet just about any client’s needs.
The staff at Ideal Nutrition and Fitness LLC will ensure nutrition plans and fitness programs compliment an individual’s lifestyle, budget, needs and goals, and that other services are tailored specifically to an organization’s request and/or event.
Session 1 – Basic Nutrition Assessment (1 hour) ~ introductory session to present nutrition recommendations based on 24-hr recall review, self-reported intake and physical activity level/participation, and any other information (behaviors, preferences, habits, etc…) shared in session.
Food Diary Analysis ~ nutrition recommendations based on more intense review of intake based on 3-day food diary.
Personal Nutrition Plan ~ comprehensive nutrition plan developed by RD based on client’s weight, height, caloric, and macro- and micronutrient needs.
Follow-up Sessions (45 minutes) ~ personal one-on-one counseling sessions between client and RD.
Ideal Care Plan 1 ~ Jump Start ~ includes Session 1, Food Diary Analysis, Personal Nutrition Plan, and two 45-minute follow-up sessions to facilitate increased well-being through better nutrition.
Ideal Care Plan 2 ~ Weight Reduction ~ includes Session 1, Food Diary Analysis, Personal Nutrition Plan, and six additional 45 minute sessions (all scheduled over the course of a maximum of six months) tailored specifically to facilitate weight reduction and maintenance.
Couples and Family Nutritional Counseling
Work together as a team with our Registered Dietitian to lose weight, create a nutrition plan that all can follow, shop and prepare foods more healthfully, and more. Pricing varies.
Individual Personal Training
First Visit – Fitness Assessment (1 hour) ~ Trainer will measure fitness level and address individual fitness needs through series of assessment activities and techniques. Trainer will provide client with basic fitness recommendations and suggested endurance, strength, and flexibility exercises.
Subsequent Training Sessions ~
~ 1 hour
~ ½ hour
Personal Training Packages:
A~ Fitness Assessment, plus 3 Training Sessions (four one-hour sessions)
B~ Fitness Assessment, plus 5 Training Sessions (six one-hour sessions)
C~ Fitness Assessment, plus 7 Training Sessions (eight one-hour sessions)
Group fitness sessions can be organized by request. Groups are required to attend a minimum of four sessions (scheduled once per consecutive week), and groups require at least three participants.
Prices vary based on number of participants, travel expenses, preparation, and presentation supplies as applicable.
